Refund & Returns Policy – Nature’s TrueBlend

At Nature’s TrueBlend, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality wood cold-pressed oils. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.


Returns Policy

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it during this period for a full refund.

Eligibility for Returns

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request must be initiated within 14 days of product delivery.

  • Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items are eligible for a full refund or exchange at no extra cost.


How to Return a Product

  1. Contact Us:
    Email FreshFloworganics@gmail.com or use the contact form on our website. Include your order number, issue, and images (if applicable).

  2. Return Authorization:
    Once your return is approved, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

  3. Shipping Instructions:
    Customers are required to send the return using their own courier service. The courier must offer trackable shipping for confirmation.

    • Shipping charges for return are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

    • We will process your refund or dispatch a replacement only after the returned product is received and inspected at our facility.


Refund Policy

After we receive and inspect your returned product, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If your order included free shipping, a standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchange Policy

We only offer exchanges for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Exchange of products for different variants or of the same value is not allowed.

  • Once your exchange request is approved and the returned item is received and inspected, your replacement will be dispatched within 2–3 business days.

  • You can expect delivery within 5–7 business days after dispatch, based on your location.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used oils

  • Personalized or custom-made products
